1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through hitmacros.com (“we”, “us”, “HitMacros”). By completing a purchase you agree to the following conditions.

2. Product

HitMacros provides a personalized 4-week structured meal plan (digital product) based on the information you submit in the order form. Each plan includes daily meals, macro breakdowns, a grocery list, and meal-prep tips tailored to your goals.

3. No Medical Advice

Our meal plans are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical, nutritional, or health advice. HitMacros is not a substitute for professional medical guidance.

If you have any medical condition, food allergy, eating disorder, or are pregnant or nursing, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our service. By ordering, you confirm that you take full responsibility for your dietary choices.

4. Delivery

Your personalized meal plan is generated before payment. Immediately after purchase you will receive an email containing a personal link to view and download your plan as a PDF. This link is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

5. EU Right of Withdrawal

As our product is a personalized digital good created specifically for you, the EU right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of the digital content has begun, in accordance with § 356 Abs. 5 BGB and Art. 16(a) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

By placing your order and accepting the disclaimer, you expressly agree that we begin creating your personalized plan immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.

6. Refund & Plan Adjustment Policy

Because each meal plan is a personalized digital product generated specifically for you, all sales are final and no refunds are offered after delivery.

If you believe your plan does not accurately reflect the preferences or body stats you entered, you may request one free plan regeneration by contacting [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will review your request and, if the original inputs were entered incorrectly, regenerate your plan at no additional cost.

By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.

7. Pricing & Payment

The current price is $69 (one-time payment), inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HitMacros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our meal plans. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product ($69).

This limitation does not apply to damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or to any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
